Here at Patioshoppers.com we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. The chart above shows an estimated delivery time and typical delivery process. Actual arrival date can be effected by the time and day of the week that the order is generated, destination of items being shipped, and various challenges such as seasonal shopping patterns, inclement weather, etc.
How Shipping is Calculated
Order Placed & Processed
When you place an order via the internet or our customer service line, we process the order the same day, 7 days a week.
Warehouse Fulfillment
Calculated from when the warehouse recieves your order, packages it, and processes it for shipping.
Shipping Time
Calculated from when your order leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your home or office.
Multiple Item Shipments
If you are ordering multiple items with different product identification numbers, please refer to the individual shipping information on the specific product page. Items with different product identification numbers may be shipped via a different delivery schedule.

Standard Truck Delivery
If the product(s) ordered arrives via freight carrier they will arrange to deliver the item(s) when you are present. With Standard Freight Delivery you will be required to move the package off of the truck yourself. You may need to arrange to have someone there to assist you. As with any product delivery it is important to examine your products immediately for any shipping damage and note that it is what was ordered. If an item arrives damaged or in error, the original packaging will need to be retained in order to resolve the challenge.
Liftgate Delivery
For an additional $65.00 the freight carrier can be contracted to perform "Liftgate Services". With liftgate service the carrier will bring the item(s) off the truck to curbside. You may need to arrange to have someone there to assist you in moving the package from the curb your location of choice on your property. As with any product delivery it is important to examine your products immediately for any shipping damage and note that it is what was ordered. If an item arrives damaged or in error, the original packaging will need to be retained in order to resolve the challenge.

WARRANTY
This is a limited warranty.
Extruded Aluminum Frame – Fifteen Years
If the extruded aluminum frame fails structurally (i.e. broken frame or welds) within 15 years from the date of purchase, LC Furniture will replace or repair the frame in the original color and style, if available, or in a similar color and style if the original is not available. (See below for umbrella frame warranty).
Vinyl Strap
If a strap breaks within five years from the date of purchase, a replacement strap will be sent directly to the customer in the original color, if available, or in a similar color if the original is not available. Excessive fading of vinyl will be warrantied for two years.
Paint Finish – Four Years
If the paint finish on an extruded aluminum frame blisters or peels within four years from the date of purchase, LC Furniture will repair or refinish the frame in the original color, if still available, or in a similar color if the original is no longer available.
Fabric – Two Years
If the fabric on a sling, cushion, or umbrellas tears or fades excessively within two years from the date of purchase, LC Furniture will repair or replace the fabric in the original selection if available, or in a similar fabric if the original is no longer available. Please notice that sling fabric on the Aqua Lounge carries a one year warranty.
Umbrella Frame – One Year
If an umbrella frame fails structurally within one year from the date of purchase, LC Furniture will repair or replace applicable parts or frame in the original style, if still available, or in a similar style if the original is no longer available. Warranty does not apply in cases of exposure to extreme weather.
Steel Furniture & Umbrella Base
Frame is covered the same as the extruded fifteen year warranty. Paint finish is covered two years for blister or peels. LC Furniture will repair or replace the frame in the original color, if available, or in a similar color if the original is no longer available. Scratches and scrapes can expose the steel frame and void warranty.
Wicker Frame – One Year
A one year limited manufacturer’s warranty covers all defects associated with workmanship or materials.
MGP Product
Five years for MGP component. Two years for excessive color fading.
SOLAR TABLES – TWO YEARS
For top and charging components only. It is recommended, to prevent damage to the battery, that the solar table not be stored indoors for long periods of time.
Fiberglass Product – One Year
A one year limited manufacturer’s warranty covers all defects associated with workmanship or materials.
LC Furniture warranties become null and void in the event of damage to the product resulting from any of the following:
- Unauthorized repairs
- Breakage due to abuse or misuse
- Repair, alteration, or modification of the product by anyone other than LC Furniture or authorized representatives thereof
- Damage resulting from accidents and severe weather
- Normal fading of vinyl color caused by exposure to the sun or weather
- Vandalism
- In pool use of furniture that is not designed for in pool use voids the warranty.
- Use of unapproved cleaning chemicals or exposure to suntan oils or lotions.
- Lack of cleaning and maintenance.
The life of your outdoor furniture depends on how it is cared for and maintained. Consider the care given to your personal home or car, etc., this same kind of proactive care given to your outdoor furniture would increase the longevity of the product and help preserve its beauty.

Freight
All orders are shipped FOB Russellville, Alabama.
Routing
Unless specific routing is requested, all shipments will be routed at the discretion of our traffic department.
Claims
If there is apparent damage to the containers and furniture, this must be noted on the freight bill at the time of delivery. If concealed damage is discovered when cartons are unpacked, the common carrier must be notified immediately with a claim form filed to collect damages. All damages must be reported within fifteen (15) days of delivery.
Returns
No returns will be accepted unless authorized in advance by the factory and returned freight prepaid. Special return authorization labels must be utilized on all returns.
Rights Reserved
We may, from time to time, make changes in some items we offer. LC Furniture reserves the right to make obligations with reference to similar products previously manufactured.
