Order status
Order status is available on our website at Track Order.  All you will need is your order number and the email address you provided at the time the order was placed.  If tracking is not available the current status and next date we expect a status change is displayed based on the shipping lead time.  The lead time is displayed on the order page for each product on our site and is the time it is expected to take for the warehouse to receive your order, package it, and process it for shipping. **Multiple Item Shipments**  If an order is for multiple items with different product identification numbers, please refer to the individual shipping information on the specific product page. Items with different product identification numbers may be shipped via a different delivery schedule.

On the order page for each of our products there is a shipping lead time underlined in blue that looks like this:

My Coupon did not get applied during checkout
If you entered a coupon code during checkout that did not get applied to your order, or forgot to enter your coupon code, please send an email to followup@patioshoppers.com.  The subject line of the email should read:  Order XXXXXX Coupon Assistance (e.g. Order 123456 Coupon Assistance).  In the email please provide the coupon code you were trying to use on the order (e.g. N83ZYX24).  If the coupon is valid for your purchase we will submit to have that amount credited back to your credit card or Paypal account.  A customer service representative will reply to your email to let you know how we are taking care of this for you.

 

This product shows out of stock. When will it be back in stock?
The good news is that our current information indicates that the product has not been discontinued and will be back in stock, we just currently do not have an exact date for the restock.  We are happy to help you find something similar to that item…or maybe even better.  Our friendly customer service representatives are available by phone between 8 am and 4:30 pm PST; just give us a call at 800-940-6123. 

 

 

When will I receive my return label?
If you have emailed or called customer service about returning a product you should receive your return label and instructions by email within 3 business days.  If it has been more than 3 business days since you requested return assistance we apologize for the delay! Please email followup@patioshoppers.com.  The subject line of the email should read:  Return Label Status Order XXXXXX (e.g. Return Label Status Order 123456).   Customer service will receive that inquiry, research the status, and get back to you promptly.
