The original purchaser is responsible for providing the proper documentation needed to determine a resourceful solution to the defect. Possible solutions are replacement or repair of defective furniture, replacement or repair of defective component or authorization to have product repaired by a third party. The proper documentation requires providing the proof of purchase with the original receipt and providing a written explanation of how the defect occurred. Once the proper documentation has been received and evaluated, the consumer will be notified of the solution to the defect. In the case of a return, consumer is responsible for all shipping charges that may apply.
When returning an item for any reason, the item MUST be packaged in the original carton. Refunds will be given for the purchase price less a restocking charge. Also customer will be responsible for returning via UPS to us, except a manufacturing defect is verified. In such cases (verifiable manufacturing defect), seller may chose to send a call tag for the merchandise to have it picked up. We also reserve the right to repair or replace such merchandise.
Refunds are issued within 30 days of our inspection of returned items. Only items with written authorization are eligible for a refund. For this reason, it is best to communicate via email to receive written authorization to return your purchase.
