All products are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects. Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Seller reserves the right to send replacement parts when applicable.
The refund policy does not cover items damaged due to wind or other "acts of God", misuse or neglect. It is the customer’s responsibility to take extreme care to safely use the products they ordered.
When returning an item for any reason, the item MUST be packaged in the original carton. Refunds will be given for the purchase price less a restocking charge. Also customer will be responsible for returning via UPS to us, except a manufacturing defect is verified. In such cases (verifiable manufacturing defect), seller may chose to send a call tag for the merchandise to have it picked up. We also reserve the right to repair or replace such merchandise.
Some items, such as custom logo umbrellas, Sunbrella canvas replacement and others are non returnable.
Refunds are issued within 30 days of our inspection of returned items. Only items with written authorization are eligible for a refund. For this reason, it is best to communicate via email to receive written authorization to return your purchase.
