International Home warrants that each product (in residential use) shall (i) conform to specifications (ii) be free from defects in material and workmanship (iii) be free from defects in design and (iv) be fit for the purpose intended.  Warranty will apply for a period of twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase.  Proof of Purchase may be required.
 
If a defect appears during the warranty period, International Home will (at its option) repair the defective part free of charge.  In such cases you should contact the manufacturer directly. We may ask for additional information to verify the defect. In many cases, simple problems can be solved by shipping you a replacement part. If factory service is required, you will be asked ship the unit to the manufacturer's facility at your own expense, where the item will be repaired or replaced.
 
NOTE: Failures caused by unreasonable or abusive use, or failure caused by neglect of reasonable and necessary care are not covered by this warranty. Additionally, acts of nature (including but not limited to wind, hurricanes, tornadoes and storms) are not covered under this warranty.
