California Umbrella warrants umbrellas to be free from manufacturer defects for a period of one year.  The manufacturer will repair or replace your product without any charge during this period.  Warranty issues need to be granted a return authorization before being shipped back.
 
California Umbrella warranty policy does not cover items damaged due to wind or other “acts of God”, misuse or neglect. It is the customer’s responsibility to take extreme care to safely use the products they order.
 
When returning an item for any reason, the item MUST be packaged in the original carton. Refunds will be given for the purchase price less a restocking charge. Also customer will be responsible for returning via UPS to us, except a manufacturing defect is verified. In such cases (verifiable manufacturing defect), seller may chose to send a call tag for the merchandise to have it picked up. Manufacturer reserves the right to send replacement parts when applicable.
 
Refunds are issued within 30 days of our inspection of returned items. Only items with written authorization are eligible for a refund. For this reason, it is best to communicate via email to receive written authorization to return your purchase.
