Three-Year Limited Warranty
The Living Well Company warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, to the original purchaser, and under normal operating conditions, for a period of one year.
For an additional two years, The Living Well Company will warrant the fan motor and infrared heating elements against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use and service.
During the three-year limited warranty, The Living Well Company shall provide, at no cost to the original purchaser, heating elements and fan motor(s) as needed to service product and keep the unit in good working condition.
Return shipping costs will be paid by The Living Well Company for repairs due to warranty work or warranty service for the first 90 days. After the first 90 days, the customer shall be responsible for shipping costs in the event that the unit needs repairs or requires replacement parts
ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY LAW, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE.
Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the length of the implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In no event shall The Living Well Company be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the misuse or malfunction of the product. The company will not be held responsible for loss of use, or medical expenses, or other problems caused by defect or failure.
Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
The Living Well Company will not be responsible for damages or losses due to misuse, neglect, abuse, or failure to follow directions, or improper storage.
The Living Well Company will not be responsible for statements made that are published, written, or spoken that are not consistent with the written warranty. The Living Well Company will not be responsible for statements made that are misleading or inconsistent with this owner’s manual.
Warranty Restriction: Removing the serial number or changing the design or performance of the heater will void the manufacturer warranty.
To file a warranty claim, please contact the dealer where you purchased your Comfort Furnace. All other issues for service, warranty, or problems with your heater should be addressed with the dealer where you purchased your heater.
The Comfort Furnace comes with a 30-day, money-back guarantee. After the initial 30 days and up to 90 days, a 30 % restocking fee will apply. (No returns are allowed after 90 days.)
