How Shipping is Calculated
Order Placed & Processed When you place an order via the internet or our customer service line, we process the order the same day, 7 days a week.
Warehouse Fulfillment Calculated from when the warehouse recieves your order, packages it, and processes it for shipping.
Shipping Time Calculated from when your order leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your home or office.
Multiple Item Shipments If you are ordering multiple items with different product identification numbers, please refer to the individual shipping information on the specific product page. Items with different product identification numbers may be shipped via a different delivery schedule.

Standard Truck Delivery If the product(s) ordered arrives via freight carrier they will arrange to deliver the item(s) when you are present. With Standard Freight Delivery you will be required to move the package off of the truck yourself. You may need to arrange to have someone there to assist you. As with any product delivery it is important to examine your products immediately for any shipping damage and note that it is what was ordered. If an item arrives damaged or in error, the original packaging will need to be retained in order to resolve the challenge.
Liftgate Delivery For an additional $65.00 the freight carrier can be contracted to perform "Liftgate Services". With liftgate service the carrier will bring the item(s) off the truck to curbside. You may need to arrange to have someone there to assist you in moving the package from the curb your location of choice on your property. As with any product delivery it is important to examine your products immediately for any shipping damage and note that it is what was ordered. If an item arrives damaged or in error, the original packaging will need to be retained in order to resolve the challenge.

FiberBuilt Umbrellas & Cushions warranties our two piece fiberglass ribbed Garden, Patio, Market and Beach Umbrellas, and all Wood umbrellas, as well as all bases, Cabanas and upholstery work for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, to the original purchaser, against defects in materials and workmanship. Additionally, fiberglass support ribs on our Market and 8-rib Beach Umbrellas are warranted for five (5) years from the date of purchase. Our Prestige Collection Umbrellas (Augusta, Bambusa, Bridgewater, Contempo, Diamante, Flight, Gusto, Lucaya, Nitro, Oceana, Palm, Riva, Unico and Wattsun) are warranted for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase, to the original purchaser, against defects in materials and workmanship. Fiberglass support ribs on all Prestige Collection Umbrellas are also warranted for five (5) years. Solar charging components on Wattsun are warranted for one (1) year against defects related to electrical issues (such as battery or solar panel failure) or if charging ceases to function. Our Euro Collection Umbrellas (Bali, Cantina, Edge and Venice) are warranted for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, to the original purchaser, against defects in materials and workmanship. For the warranty to apply, umbrellas must be secured in secured in properly weighted bases, equal to or exceeding the weights provided in FiberBuilt’s Base Weight Charts. See base pages for recommended usage.
Though our fiberglass ribbed umbrellas have successfully passed wind tests over 50 miles per hour, FiberBuilt Umbrellas & Cushions does not recommend leaving umbrellas open during storms or strong winds. Customer is responsible for taking the umbrella down when winds reach unsafe conditions. Normal care and maintenance of products is required to insure years of problem free use.
Damaged umbrellas should be immediately taken out of service. This warranty does not cover the umbrella pole, crank or tilt, normal fading of fabrics and finishes and chemical stains. This warranty does not cover any damage due to acts of God, abuse, misuse or vandalism incurred to the umbrella after purchase, nor does it cover customer’s own material. For warranty to apply products must be properly cared for and maintained. Modifications made to the product after production may void warranty. This warranty does not provide coverage or reimbursement for loss of use, time, inconvenience or other damages resulting from any defect in the product. TILT UMBRELLAS ARE NOT WARRANTED IN COMMERCIAL APPLICATIONS
FABRIC WARRANTY
Fabric options offered vary by product. Umbrella canopies made from Sunbrella, Outdura and Tempotest fabrics are warranted from the fabric mill against light fastness. This is a limited pro-rated warranty provided directly from the fabric mill for a period of five (5) years for Sunbrella and Tempotest furniture grade fabrics and for a period of ten (10) years for Sunbrella, Outdura and Tempotest marine grade fabrics. This warranty covers the fabric becoming unserviceable because of loss of color or strength from normal exposure conditions including sunlight, mildew, rot and atmospheric chemicals. It does not cover labor and installation supplied by FiberBuilt Umbrellas & Cushions or any other dealer. In the event that your fabric fails, please contact us to submit a claim and for further details. All fabric must be properly maintained and cleaned regularly for the warranty to be effective. Spun Acrylic, vinyl coated weaves and select marine grade fabrics do not carry an additional warranty.
Cancellation Policy:Â Cancellation charges on umbrellas and cabanas are determined on a per order basis. Restocking of bases is only permitted if products are unused. Standard restocking charge for bases is 20% of base's net price. Customer is responsible for freight when shipping items to factory.
