Every Classic Accessories product is manufactured and tested to the strictest quality standards to ensure years of satisfaction.
EcoPatio by Classic Accessories warrants products to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of pruchase. Should a defect be detected, item will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Policy does not cover items damaged due to wind or other “acts of God”, misuse or neglect. It is the customer’s responsibility to take extreme care to safely use the products they ordered.
When returning an item for any reason, the item MUST be packaged in the original carton. Refunds will be given for the purchase price less a restocking charge. Also customer will be responsible for returning via UPS to us, except a manufacturing defect is verified. In such cases (verifiable manufacturing defect), seller may chose to send a call tag for the merchandise to have it picked up.
Refunds are issued within 30 days of our inspection of returned items. Only items with written authorization are eligible for a refund. For this reason, it is best to communicate via email to receive written authorization to return your purchase.
