Two Dogs Weather Ready Sofa Cover

Two Dogs Designs warrants its covers for 1 year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship when used, maintained and stored under normal use.  All products are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects. Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Seller reserves the right to send replacements when applicable.

Refund policy does not cover items damaged due to wind or other “acts of God”, misuse or neglect. It is the customer’s responsibility to take extreme care to safely use the products they ordered.

When returning an item for any reason, the item should be packaged in the original carton. Refunds will be given for the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. Customer will be responsible for returning via UPS to us, except a manufacturing defect is verified. In such cases (verifiable manufacturing defect), seller may chose to send a call tag for the merchandise to have it picked up. We also reserve the right to repair or replace such merchandise.
