Siena Ottoman:  Made to accompany the Siena reclining chair, this lovely ottoman is made of the same fine wood and is stong enough to provide a comfortable resting place for many years to come.  Because we desire to have more places where we can find relaxation from our busy lives, placing recliners and ottomans on the patio is something we see more and more often.  This particular ottoman is made beautifully with Shorea wood; a strong wood carries many characteristics of teak and yet is obtained at a fraction of the cost.  The slatted top and curved “arms” are highly attractive and do not lack design, as many ottomans do.  Because Shorea is a wood that can withstand the elements quite well, you won’t worry about furnishing your backyard with wood.  There is no fear of high maintenance with Shorea either.  Left alone, the color will fade to a warm grey.  If the furniture has teak oil applied once every season, the original color will be maintained over the years.
