Due to custom fabrication per your specific order, cushions are NOT RETURNABLE or REFUNDABLE for any reason outside of clear manufacturing defects. Orders for outdoor patio cushions cannot be cancelled once the items have been processed to the manufacturing plant which usually occurs within 1-2 business days of initial order. Outdoor furniture cushion orders “cannot be cancelled for delayed manufacturing dates” due to seasonal work loads. All sales are considered final! Actual fabrics and components may vary slightly from color charts and or pictures as displayed due to particular lighting effects, computer monitor display, graphics and availability of particular seasonal items.
