What in the world is a tete-a-tete, you ask? In its essence, it is an intimate conversation between two. Taken from the term “for two”, a sofa was created ages ago, called by the same name. This sofa was typically an S shape, allowing occupants to face each other and enjoy such hushed words spoken between them. This seating piece embodies just that feel.
This is a very special seat for two where you are connected…literally. Two Adirondack style chairs are built right to the table that joins them in this exquisite chair. Whereas the original seating piece was S shape, the seats of this chair are somewhat side by side. The Adirondack style given to them makes for casual conversations under the sun on a spring day! Wide arms and high backs beckon you to really sink into your chair and let the conversation flow.

Poly-Wood Inc. warranties its furniture to be free of defects in the manufacturing and workmanship of the furniture components. “Defects” is defined as imperfections that impair the original function of the product. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear effects on the furniture, which is received by regular use of the furniture. Neither does it cover damage due to unauthorized repairs or alterations, negligence, misuse or abuse, improper assembly and acts of God. It is the customer’s responsibility to take extreme care to safely use the products they ordered. This warranty does not apply to the hardware used to assemble the furniture.
Warranty extends to the original purchaser for a period of :
The original purchaser is responsible for providing the proper documentation needed to determine a resourceful solution to the defect. Possible solutions are replacement or repair of defective furniture, replacement or repair of defective component or authorization to have product repaired by a third party. The proper documentation requires providing the proof of purchase with the original receipt and providing a written explanation of how the defect occurred. Once the proper documentation has been received and evaluated, the consumer will be notified of the solution to the defect. In the case of a return, consumer is responsible for all shipping charges that may apply.
When returning an item for any reason, the item MUST be packaged in the original carton. Refunds will be given for the purchase price less a restocking charge. Also customer will be responsible for returning via UPS to us, except a manufacturing defect is verified. In such cases (verifiable manufacturing defect), seller may chose to send a call tag for the merchandise to have it picked up. We also reserve the right to repair or replace such merchandise.
Refunds are issued within 30 days of our inspection of returned items. Only items with written authorization are eligible for a refund. For this reason, it is best to communicate via email to receive written authorization to return your purchase.
