PolyWood Nautical Chaise Lounge
On a warm day, most people would head straight for the chaise provided that there was one waiting for them in their backyards or on the pool deck. Because of this, throughout the years, chaises have transformed from foldable pieces of furniture made of straps and a metal that would rust in its first season, to what we see today; pieces of furniture in all different shapes, colors and sizes that are made to last.
This chaise has a look that says it has come straight from an East Coast beach where one could sit and enjoy an afternoon in the sun. It is made from a recycled material that will stand up to the rigors of any time of weather and therefore will be piece of furniture that you will use over and over throughout the year.

Poly-Wood Inc. warranties its furniture to be free of defects in the manufacturing and workmanship of the furniture components. “Defects” is defined as imperfections that impair the original function of the product. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear effects on the furniture, which is received by regular use of the furniture. Neither does it cover damage due to unauthorized repairs or alterations, negligence, misuse or abuse, improper assembly and acts of God. It is the customer’s responsibility to take extreme care to safely use the products they ordered. This warranty does not apply to the hardware used to assemble the furniture.
Warranty extends to the original purchaser for a period of
The original purchaser is responsible for providing the proper documentation needed to determine a resourceful solution to the defect. Possible solutions are replacement or repair of defective furniture, replacement or repair of defective component or authorization to have product repaired by a third party. The proper documentation requires providing the proof of purchase with the original receipt and providing a written explanation of how the defect occurred. Once the proper documentation has been received and evaluated, the consumer will be notified of the solution to the defect. In the case of a return, consumer is responsible for all shipping charges that may apply.
When returning an item for any reason, the item MUST be packaged in the original carton. Refunds will be given for the purchase price less a restocking charge. Also customer will be responsible for returning via UPS to us, except a manufacturing defect is verified. In such cases (verifiable manufacturing defect), seller may chose to send a call tag for the merchandise to have it picked up. We also reserve the right to repair or replace such merchandise.
Refunds are issued within 30 days of our inspection of returned items. Only items with written authorization are eligible for a refund. For this reason, it is best to communicate via email to receive written authorization to return your purchase.
