NCI warranties its Commercial Grade Aluminum Frame products against frame structural defects for 4 years. A 3 year limited warranty is issued against weave defects.
For Standard Grade Aluminum, Steel or Rattan Frame products, NCI issues a 1 year warranty against frame structural defects and a 1 year warranty against weave defects.
NCI warranty is null and void if damaged by outside sources, abuse or transit. Proof of purchase is required for each product. When returning defective merchandise, the proof of purchase or retail sales slip must be accompany the product as proof of sale date. All return freight charges are the responsibility of customer/consumer. NCI assumes no responsibility for damages occurred during shipment.
