Limited Warranties
The following limited warranties are extended to the original residential use purchaser and does not apply to floor samples. This warranty does not apply to commercial use. Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Warranties are non-transferable to a subsequent owner. Pictures or inspection may also be required. These warranties supersede all previous warranties. In some cases, there will be a pro-rated charge for the time the product was in use. All furniture should be stored in an upright position to allow for proper water drainage. Storing furniture upside down may cause water to accumulate and freeze inside the frame, leading to serious structural damage that is not covered by warranty. Caluco may discontinue any component part such as fabric, paint, etc. at any time.
Aluminum Frames
10-Year Limited Warranty
If the cast aluminum frame fails structurally (i.e., broken frame or welds) under normal use or conditions, and falls within the warranty period, and identical materials are unavailable for repair or replacement, Caluco reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality. Caluco will pay within one year from the date of purchase, shipping costs in the continental United States to repair or replace a defective frame. After one year from the date of purchase, the original retail purchaser will be responsible for packing and shipping cost. The warranty covers only normal usage. No warranty applies to any condition resulting from misuse or abuse, or any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care. Caluco does not warrant against damage caused by acts of nature, exposure to extreme climate conditions, ocean air, exposure to suntan oil or other chemicals, normal fading or weathering, scratching or chipping of the finish.
Woven Resin and Teak
3-Year Limited Warranty
If the woven resin or teak furniture fails structurally (i.e., broken frame, welds or resin) or if the weave unravels or fades excessively under normal use or conditions and it falls within the warranty period, and identical materials are unavailable for repair or replacement, Caluco reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality. Caluco will pay within one year from the date of purchase, shipping costs in the continental United States to repair or replace a defective frame. After one year from the date of purchase, the original retail purchaser will be responsible for packing and shipping cost. The warranty covers only normal usage. Caluco LLC extends warranty coverage to the original retail purchaser that all cushions will be free from material and manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. Replacement fabrics may vary in color from the original due to dye lot differences. If within the warranty period identical materials are unavailable for repair or replacement, Caluco reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality. Caluco will pay within one year from the date of purchase, shipping costs in the continental United States to repair or replace a defective cushion. The warranty covers only normal usage. No warranty applies to any condition resulting from misuse or abuse, or any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care.
Umbrella Frames Warranty
1-Year Limited Warranty
Umbrella frames are guaranteed for one full year to be free from defects in original material and workmanship. If a defect in the original material or workmanship appears during the warranty period, we will at company option, repair or replace the umbrella in the original color and style, if available, or in a similar style if it has been discontinued. Caluco will pay within one year from the date of purchase, shipping costs in the continental United States to repair or replace a defective umbrella. The warranty covers only normal usage. No warranty applies to any condition resulting from misuse or abuse, or any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care. Wind Damage is not covered under any umbrella warranty.
Component Parts
1-Year Limited Warranty
If a component part (glide, bolt, wheel, etc.) fails due to a manufacturing defect within one year from the date of purchase, we will at company option, repair or replace the part, in the original color and style if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued. Note: We may discontinue any component part such as fabric, paint, etc. at any time.

Standard Truck Delivery
If the product(s) ordered arrives via freight carrier they will arrange to deliver the item(s) when you are present.  With Standard Freight Delivery you will be required to move the package off of the truck yourself. You may need to arrange to have someone there to assist you. As with any product delivery it is important to examine your products immediately for any shipping damage and note that it is what was ordered. If an item arrives damaged or in error, the original packaging will need to be retained in order to resolve the challenge.
 
Liftgate Delivery
For an additional $65.00 the freight carrier can be contracted to perform "Liftgate Services".  With liftgate service the carrier will bring the item(s) off the truck to curbside.  You may need to arrange to have someone there to assist you in moving the package from the curb your location of choice on your property. As with any product delivery it is important to examine your products immediately for any shipping damage and note that it is what was ordered. If an item arrives damaged or in error, the original packaging will need to be retained in order to resolve the challenge.
 
IMPORTANT NOTE:  Regardless of chosen delivery option, or the condition of any shipping carton(s), the customer is responsible to thoroughly inspect the condition of all items delivered upon receipt.  Any damages must be noted on the delivery receipt and PatioShoppers.com must be notified immediately to allow for claim filing with the shipping carrier. If this procedure is not followed the customer will be responsible for filing any claims for damage with the freight company.
