• 1 year warranty for glass table tops, cushions, slings, and pillows
STAINLESS STEEL FURNITURE
• 3 year warranty for commercial applications
• 1 year warranty for slings
WOVEN FURNITURE
• 3 year warranty for commercial applications
• 1 year warranty for cushions and pillows
UMBRELLAS/BASES
• 1 year umbrella warranty for commercial applications
• 1 year umbrella base warranty for commerical applications (corrosion not covered)
NOTE: Kingsley-Bate outdoor products are NOT RETURNABLE or REFUNDABLE for any reason outside of clear manufacturing defects. Orders for Kingsley-Bate products cannot be cancelled once the items have been slated by Kingsley-Bate for shipment. All sales are considered final! Actual fabrics and components may vary slightly from color charts and or pictures as displayed due to particular lighting effects, computer monitor display, graphics and availability of particular seasonal items. Therefore Patioshoppers can not be held accountable for any persons who improperly decide a specific color choice or outdoor patio furniture style dependant on the visual picture only. When adding the White Glove Service option to your purchase our delivery center will schedule an appointment with you for delivery. The trained and uniformed delivery team will then deliver your purchase directly to your door and will take care of unpacking your purchase, placing it in the pre-determined location, and the removal of packaging materials. As with any product delivery it is important to examine your products immediately for any shipping damage and note that it is what was ordered. If an item arrives damaged or in error, the original packaging will need to be retained in order to resolve the challenge.
