This indoor outdoor heater combines the maximum quality of all of the Infratech models while emitting heat through out larger areas with more watts and voltage.
The Pole Mount allows electric infrared fixtures to be installed in open areas traditionally reserved for gas or propane heaters. They are most often installed on the sides of decks or patios, to keep the area warm, without detracting from the view or creating clutter. The electric heaters support bracket incorporates swivel brackets allowing the heater to be positioned at the most appropriate angle. This improves efficiency and minimizes energy waste. The attractive pole is constructed of cold rolled steel with an exterior grade Polyester TGIC powder coating, to provide years of trouble free service. Each pole comes ready to accept internal wiring and an optional heat output regulator.

INFRATECH warrants that this electric heater is designed and manufactured to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from original date of purchase.
Extent of Warranty:
This warranty extends to the selling dealers to the original purchaser at the original site of installation: This warranty becomes valid at the time of purchase and ends either by specified time frame listed above, owner transfer or relocation. In order to activate the warranty we require that you send in the attached warranty registration form. This registration is for our internal use only and will only be used in the event we need to send you important safety related product information. The information will not be sold or used for any marketing related purposes.
Warranty Limitations and Exclusions:
This warranty does not apply to damages resulting from negligence, alteration, misuse, abuse, accident, natural disaster, improper installation or improper operation, unauthorized adjustments or calibrations, dings, dents, scratches, nor damages due to harsh chemicals (i.e. cleaning products improperly applied). Warrantor is not responsible for consequential or incidental damages. Under no circumstances shall INFRATECH or any of its representatives be held liable for injury to any person or damage to any property, however arising.

When adding the White Glove Service option to your purchase our delivery center will schedule an appointment with you for delivery. The trained and uniformed delivery team will then deliver your purchase directly to your door and will take care of unpacking your purchase, placing it in the pre-determined location, and the removal of packaging materials. As with any product delivery it is important to examine your products immediately for any shipping damage and note that it is what was ordered. If an item arrives damaged or in error, the original packaging will need to be retained in order to resolve the challenge.
