The Cape Cod Patio Lantern from Patio Living Concepts is the affordable make-over for your outdoor living area. Design inspired by turn of the century gas flame lanterns, this portable, electric, weatherproof lamp is constructed of resin. With the base being able to hold 40 lbs of sand, it can withhold many different types of weather conditions.
Availale in black and white body finishes, the Cape Cod Lantern features a frosted bevel panel and two level dimming switch. This convenient feature makes it simple to create that much needed peaceful ambience in your backyard. Patio Living Concepts warrants all its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship ONE YEAR from purchase date.
Refused Deliveries
Refused deliveries are subject to a 25% restocking fee as well as shipping charges in both directions. If the recipient is not present to receive shipment, or the item is refused at time of delivery the customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred to ship the merchandise back. If any article can not be delivered due to the customer's negligence in providing a correct address and contact information, they will be responsible for the additional shipping charge to ship the item back to the Manufacturer.
Damages Occurred During Shipping
All products are hand packed at the manufacturers' warehouse, but you are required to inspect your delivery for any damages or shortages upon receipt. It is important that you open and inspect your delivery with care. Note any damages or shortages on the carrier's receipt before signing for merchandise if possible and specify if cartons are crushed, ripped or open. All damages and shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. The item must be in the original packaging for claim purposes. Please contact us by email at

Returns/Defects
Custom orders are not refundable.
No merchandise returns or defective claims will be accepted without an assigned return authorization number given by PatioShoppers.com. The item to be returned must be in the original packaging for claim purposes. Some returns will be subject to a restocking fee and shipping charges incurred to return the item.
