Caluco Sunbrella South Beach Seat Cushions

 

The following limited warranty is extended to the original residential use purchaser. This warranty does not apply to commercial use. Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Warranties are non-transferable to a subsequent owner. Pictures or inspection may also be required. This warranty supersedes all previous warranties. In some cases, there will be a pro-rated charge for the time the product was in use.

 

Caluco LLC extends warranty coverage to the original retail purchaser that all cushions will be free from material and manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. Replacement fabrics may vary in color from the original due to dye lot differences. If within the warranty period identical materials are unavailable for repair or replacement, Caluco reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality. Caluco will pay within one year from the date of purchase, shipping costs in the continental United States to repair or replace a defective cushion. Additional warranty coverage is available from Glen Raven Custom Fabrics, LLC for Sunbrella® fabric constructed cushions. No warranty applies to any condition resulting from misuse or abuse, or any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care.
