The Bahia chairs can morph into two styles, one that is 30” deep, and another where you can stretch out on the 55” deep seat. Comfortable armrests make for extra relaxation. Shipping Details

Grosfillex warrants its Contract products to be free from manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship when used, maintained and stored under normal commercial use.  All Grosfillex products are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects. Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Seller reserves the right to send replacement parts when applicable.

 

Refund policy does not cover items damaged due to wind or other “acts of God”, misuse or neglect. It is the customer’s responsibility to take extreme care to safely use the products they ordered.

 

When returning an item for any reason, the item MUST be packaged in the original carton. Refunds will be given for the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. Customer will be responsible for returning via UPS to us, except a manufacturing defect is verified. In such cases (verifiable manufacturing defect), seller may chose to send a call tag for the merchandise to have it picked up. We also reserve the right to repair or replace such merchandise.

 

Refunds are issued within 30 days of our inspection of returned items. Only items with written authorization are eligible for a refund. For this reason, it is best to communicate via email to receive written authorization to return your purchase.
