Shipping Destinations

 

This product is available for shipment with in the United States to the 48 contiguous States and International shipments to Canada only.  This product is NOT available for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii or International shipping with the exception of shipment to Canada.

 

 

Delivery Time

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY and SHIPPING LEAD TIME is typically between 10-14 business days!

 

Orders are usually submitted next business day and typically take 3-5 business days to process for shipping.  If your item(s) are custom made the lead time includes any custom sewing, manufacturing, processing and assembly to complete your custom order request.  Product(s) can take longer than the expected lead time to process depending on seasonal work loads and fabric availability. Item ships out immediately after processing and typically arrives at your location in about 3-7 business days.

 

***Important note about all items that arrive via Freight Carrier***

 

If the product(s) you ordered arrives via freight carrier they will arrange to deliver the item(s) when you are present.  The freight carrier general will not bring your merchandise past “curbside”; however, inside delivery can be arranged for an additional fee.  Request must be made at the time your order is placed.

 

 

Regardless of the condition of any shipping carton(s), customer is responsible to thoroughly inspect the condition of all items delivered upon receipt.  Any damages must be noted on the delivery receipt and PatioShoppers.com must be notified immediately to allow for claim filing with the shipping carrier. Please contact us by email at or by phone 1-800-940-6123. If this procedure is not followed the customer will be responsible for filing any claims for damage with the freight company.

 

 

UPS 2 or 3 day Priority options

UPS 2 or 3 day select priority shipments are available at an additional charge. This effects direct UPS shipping time only.  This service does not include processing time from the manufacture(s).  We will do everything within our power to process your order immediately and help in any way we can to facilitate a timely shipment.  However, please estimate several ‘business days” for processing due to unforeseen seasonal workloads and or particular processing challenges that may arise. We cannot guarantee any particular shipping arrival dates.

 

Tracking Shipment(s)

 

UPS tracking numbers are not readily available from all of our suppliers and or automatically transmitted within our system. Tracking numbers may be obtained if a shipment is noticeably late or missing subsequent to the estimated delivery date of 15 business days from order processing.

 

Refused Deliveries

 

Refused deliveries are subject to a 25% restocking fee as well as shipping charges in both directions. If the recipient is not present to receive shipment, or the item is refused at time of delivery the customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred to ship the merchandise back.  If any article can not be delivered due to the customer’s negligence in providing a correct address and contact information, they will be responsible for the additional shipping charge to ship the item back to the Manufacturer.

 

 

Damages Occurred During Shipping

 

All products are hand packed at the manufacturers’ warehouse, but you are required to inspect your delivery for any damages or shortages upon receipt. It is important that you open and inspect your delivery with care. Note any damages or shortages on the carrier’s receipt before signing for merchandise if possible and specify if cartons are crushed, ripped or open.  All damages and shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. If this procedure is not followed the customer will be responsible for filing any claims for damage with the shipping carrier.

 

 

Returns/Defects

 

Custom orders are not refundable.

 

No merchandise returns or defective claims will be accepted without an assigned return authorization number given by PatioShoppers.com. The item to be returned must be in the original packaging for claim purposes. Some returns will be subject to a restocking fee and shipping charges incurred to return the item.
